It's a Matter of Honor!
We hate rules just as much as anyone, but there are certain rules we must all live by.
Rule #1
The Berkshire Group, Realtors would like to help each and every person become a homeowner or seller, but if you
are already working with a Denver real estate broker, we cannot help you. We are bound by the Code of Ethics, not
to interfere with that broker's relationship with you! We live by the code, so please help us honor it.
Rule #2
The Berkshire Group, Realtors offer services to buyers and sellers, we cannot support those who are not homeowners
or home buyers. If you are renting we have prepared a terrific rental resource page for you to use. Please come
back to visit us when you are serious about investing in a home purchase.
Rule #3
We work hard to answer your questions and concerns. Sometimes we are already working with a client when you call, it that
happens we will ask you respect our time and let us call you back later. It's important that everyone we work with
get our full attention. You will appreciate this when it's your turn!
