I had no idea that so much construction was going on in Denver. I thought Vail had the market cornered on cranes. I guess it comes down to the fact that people with money still have money, and forclosures and the sub prime mortgage market don't affect them much. Although jumbo loans were affected for a while, they seem to be back on track now. Thanks for the tour Kristal!

It is very encouraging to note that Downtown Denver continues to build and grow. I am a little more interested in more affordable housing for the first time homebuyer who wants to live downtown. They probably can't afford the Four Seasons.

With an estimated 25,000 people moving into downtown and the surrounding area in the next 18-24 months will definitely grow Denvers Downtown to the capacity of a "world class" city! Great to hear the bus tour was a great time investment.

Kristal,

Good post. Very informative, especially mentioning Jefferson Park. Keeping up with Denver becoming a world class city is very exciting.
