I thought Vail had the market cornered on cranes. I guess it comes down to the fact that people with money still have money, and forclosures and the sub prime mortgage market don't affect them much. I am a little more interested in more affordable housing for the first time homebuyer who wants to live downtown. They probably can't afford the Four Seasons.
