Gary Bloom, a Denver Native, has enjoyed challenging and multi-faceted careers. Restaurant manager, international account coordinator, Air Force veteran, airline employee ………. jobs which led to his first love, Real Estate Brokers. Real estate requires flexibility, creativity, and adaptability; Gary epitomizes these qualities and offers Sellers and Buyers excitement and a unique prospective in the home sale and search. His colorful and varied background provides an excellent knowledge base in the ever changing world of real estate. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Business and a minor in Advertising. His education and successful work in international sales and marketing give him a solid understanding of real estate's technical side, a rare attribute among brokers.
A true problem solver, Gary finds great satisfaction in making progress and getting quick results. He spend years managing one of Denver's oldest and busiest restaurants, Duffy's, a Denver dining institution. Where he forged many connections in the Denver business world. Gary's foresight and imagination help him anticipate future neighborhood potential and he works hard to find hidden treasures with good investment value, In addition to selling extensively in the Denver Metro area, he also sells along the Front Range and occasionally in the mountains and foothills.
Gary's college education was interrupted in the late sixties when his Air National Guard unit was called up and he spent a year overseas. He returned to get his degree and also obtain his commercial instrument and instructor pilot's licenses. He is athletic and loves spending time outdoors. He played baseball for the University of Colorado when it was a sport at the school. In his spare time he enjoys golf, over 48 wooden bat baseball, fly fishing, and bicycling. A retired airline employee, he makes use of his free travel for spontaneous getaways, although he also loves old-fashioned road trips. Gary resides in Denver with his better half, Christina, and their two black labs Shadow and Tank.
