If my D could not have its chance post season, it is at least consolation that your D got it. Very exciting!

Sorry both or our D’s couldn’t be playing. That would have been even more fun!
Maybe next year…

I was at the game last night and have to say it was the most exciting sporting event that I have ever been to in my life. It was a 4 hours and 40 minute roller coaster ride that captured every emotion leaving the crowd physically and mentally drained. The context of this win is remarkable and it is not an exaggeration to say even as Padres skipper Bud Black put it “one of the best do-or-die games ever.” Especially when you consider that the win was against baseballs all-time saves leader. Yes tie break games are rare but the way this one finished will stay with me and every other Rockies fan for the rest of my life!
GO ROCKIES!!!

Hi Krystal - I just wanted to stop by and tell you how wonderful I think your blog is! Just what I want to be like when mine ‘grows up’!

Kristal - I have been remiss in my outside reading and have to say I love the new look to your blog. (Of course, you shouldn’t be surprised by that as I’m using the cutline 3-column split on Sadie’s Take.) What the Rockies did to get into the postseason was great, now I just have to keep chewing on my nails that my Tribe doesn’t falter to the hated Yankees!

Hi Toby, I just visited you and Sadie a few minutes ago. I too love your layout… It’s so sweet!
I’m behind on the baseball scoop today. We chased little white balls around the mountain today.
Yes the games have been real nail biters.
I’m loving it!

Looking good KK. I was here a while ago when you just launched it…it has grown quite well.
Good luck with the Rockies…the Os have sucked wind for a long time around here.
