Whoever asked the question about living nearby Fitzsimons will be happy to know you can actually SEE the Fitzsimons Medical Campus from Stapleton. I think being able to ride a bike to work is a great way to commute. Living so close will make the trip that much more enjoyable!

Having moved to Stapleton (reluctantly - a whole other story) I have to say that I think it is a well planned community. Everything is convenient, the parks/greenspaces are abundant which is great for our dog and we don’t feel removed from our old neighborhood.
