This morning’s Denver Post online blogged about how many posts are being written about the Rockies. The article said in
the past 120 minutes more than 100 post were written. That’s nearly a blog per minute.
Amazing? Not really. Denver is alive with excitement and anticipation right now. It is very hard not to get caught up in the celebration. Everywhere we go conversations are started with our beloved Rockies being the main topic.
This type of community commonality is good for everyone. We get to meet and chat with people we ordinarily would ignore. Getting to know the person who waits on you at the grocery store, dry cleaners or department store is a good thing. Being friendly and happy brings more joy into our lives. The day goes better, the sun is brighter and the rain goes away quicker.
Are the Rockies going to win the World Series? You betcha! Denver go visit the Hottest Real Estate on Earth and BYOB.

Since you are quoting stats (number of blog posts) I thought you would like to know that even die hard Indians fans here in Cleveland are impressed with The Rockies LOL. I even heard from a friend who is a die hard Mets fan and he is going to be on your side during the World Series

Hey 3C we welcome and applaud any non-Colorado residents who want to cheer for the Rockies! It’s going to be a fun series. Are we going to visit you or go eat beans in Boston?

I agree with you about the excitement being contagious. I am not much of a sports fan, but even I am watching the rockies games with my sons. Now all I have to do is get my parents who are coming into town from England in on the excitement!

I am in love with the Union Station photo!
Back on topic…we won’t know until, at the earliest, tomorrow. If the Indians win, then no beans for you! If no win, then on to the next game lol

Frances ~ Your parents will love the excitement too! Of course they probably know Cricket better. That’s a game we never could figure out and believe me Larry kept watching it while we were in England and South Africa…still no comprehension!

3C, I would have bet money you’d love the Union Station sign. You should hop on the train and come see me…it’s only 2 blocks from the Ballpark! Now all we need are tickets!
(I’m really not that excited about beans…) What does Cleveland have? Chocolate peanut butter Buckeyes, yummy!

The real buckeyes (trees) are exquisite in bloom in the Spring. Oh and we have kielbasa too; not for the faint of heart lol. However, if I mention that Boston has lobster (which you seem to have overlooked) you may be cheering on a different team

I work with a Red Sox fan and more than a few Rockies fans. It will be interesting in the office if they play each other!

Joanne ~ Guess you are going to see how interesting things will get in your office. Hope the Sox fans behave!
