Ann became a RealtorŪ because of her less than positive experiences during her many cross country relocations. Her goal is to provide exceptional customer service in the areas that matter most to her clients, making the move a fun and positive life experience.
Ann and her family have lived in the Hilltop neighborhood of Denver since 1998. Living in five different cities (in 26 years) gives her a personal understanding of what it is like to start over in a new and often unfamiliar place. Packing and moving all your belongings (and she has a lot of stuff), your pets (lots of those, too) and your family can be quite chaotic and anxiety prone. Ann can make that relocation process easier for her clients and their families, whether it be moving across the city or across the country.
Ann is also a Licensed Residential Contractor. When Buyers and Sellers need repairs, remodeling or updating before or after the sale, she has the resources readily available. Her additional areas of expertise include rehabilitating "fixer uppers" and consulting in investment or rental property.
Ann received her BA in Home Economics at Lamar University, and has done post graduate studies in science. Ann is a St. Louis native, but considers Denver as her home. She and her husband Jac remodel houses in their spare time.
